We explore our client's requirements and objectives at the outset through briefing consultations and together assess options to decide whether and how to proceed. This results in a design brief which outlines the key matters to be developed during the project.
Alternative procurement routes are identified and we advise on the composition of the design team and the input required from other consultants, specialists and contractors.
