Kishan has some 50 years experience in the construction industry, with many decades providing litigation support. He has broad experience in building and civil engineering works in the United Kingdom and overseas. He has advised on numerous major claims, including the disputes relating to the Wembley Stadium and the Doha Metro. Kishan specialises in professional duties, heavy civil engineering works, hydraulic structures, offshore platforms, below-ground construction generally, structural steelwork, waterproofing systems, concrete durability and foundations of all types.

Kishan has given evidence in the High Court in England and Ireland and to arbitral tribunal in many parts of the world. He is often consulted to provide second opinions on particularly complex or unusual issues.
