Karl is a Chartered Structural Engineer and has over 10 years of industry experience leading technically complex projects across a wide range of sectors
including residential, commercial, and industrial. Karl is experienced in the refurbishment of historic buildings and new-build construction, including modern construction techniques such as precast concrete and modular construction.

Karl has been involved in a range of forensic investigations, including issues related to building settlements, data centres, basement water ingress, structural fire damage and water damage in timber structures.
