David Phillips is a Chartered Architect with over fifteen-years’ experience in the construction industry.  He has led architectural projects across a variety of building types and sizes, including listed buildings, offices, residential, libraries, cultural and archival facilities.

David’s expertise and experience is in technical design and construction, coordinating and preparing design information for tender, responding to contractor queries on site and administering contracts.  He has provided technical support in a large architectural practice, developing and implementing project compliance procedures, advising on standards and changes to regulation and reviewing architectural appointments.

Since joining the firm David has been involved in the forensic investigation of a variety of construction issues, including building envelopes, fire protection, water ingress, condensation and accessibility.
