William J Marshall & Partners is a firm of civil, structural and geotechnical engineers and architects. The practice specialises in forensic investigation and expert advice for construction and engineering projects.
Bill Marshall founded the practice in 1978. He identified growing demand from lawyers, insurers, and other stakeholders for clear, accurate advice on complex engineering issues. In 1996, we added architecture to the scope of our services. Since the outset, our principle has been to provide high-quality advice that is well-reasoned, thorough, and impartial.
